Meet Cameron
In 2010, Cameron Hoffman set out to find the highest quality beetroot powder available. What followed was 18 months of testing dozens of raw materials on himself, across LOTOJA, gran fondos, and multi-hour gravel events. Most popular beet powders caused GI distress, tasted terrible, or hardened into a solid block within weeks of opening. None of them made it to the start line.
So Cameron formulated his own. Beetroot Pro® is based in Clearfield, Utah (US Mountain Time). The support team is staffed Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm MT. Email received outside business hours is queued and answered the next business day. The website, calculator suite, and athlete dashboard are available 24/7.
Do you offer phone support?
Phone support is currently reserved for wholesale, retail, and partnership inquiries. Consumer order and product questions are handled exclusively over email so we can provide thorough, citation-backed answers. Most issues resolve faster over email than they would over a phone queue.
Can I contact Cameron Hoffman directly?
Cameron reads but does not personally answer every consumer email. For athlete partnerships, sponsorship inquiries, or media requests, email partnerships@beetrootpro.com with "Cameron" in the subject line and the message will be routed appropriately. For product-related questions, the support team has access to all the same protocols and research and can usually resolve faster.
Where do you ship from and how do I track an order?
Orders ship from a fulfillment center in Salt Lake City, UT via USPS or UPS. Every order receives a tracking email within 24 hours of placement. International orders ship via DHL (faster) or local-carrier handoff (slower); customs delays are common in some destinations and outside our control. Use the order status page in your account or the link in the shipping email to track.
