There’s already enough data out there to support the benefits of Beets in general. As a cyclist and other high cardio athletes the concentrated formula that’s easy to take is important simply look at the list of ingredients and all support high cardio activities. I take it twice daily along with my protein shake seven days a week.

Flavor is great, goes down easy, just starting with it but seems to be a great addition to the pre-long ride workouts.

I always follow a regimen to pre-load with Endurance 360 for endurance events. It makes an incredible difference for my legs! I experience far less fatigue, cramping and lactic acid build up. On 100 or 200-mile rides, I have learned that Endurance 360 is a must for me.

I am half way trough my bottle and I can feel my legs are stronger and also recovery is quicker.
