These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of vitamins, nutritional supplements, and other products (“Products”) from 902 Sports, LLC, a Utah limited liability company.

1. AGE RESTRICTIONS & LEGAL CAPACITY

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. In accordance with 2026 athletic supplement regulations (including NY Senate Bill S5823C and similar legislation in NJ/MI), 902 Sports, LLC does not sell performance-enhancing or muscle-building supplements to individuals under the age of 18.

2. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

All orders that you place on this website (“Orders”) are offers by you to purchase Products in accordance with these Terms. 902 Sports, LLC may accept your offers by shipping the Products or by sending you confirmations of the Orders.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices specified by 902 Sports, LLC are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed through Authorize.net secure gateways. Title to the Products passes to you upon our delivery to the shipper.

4. RETURN POLICY

"902 Sports, LLC will allow you to return products for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges, within 30 days of shipment of the products, provided that the products are returned undamaged, in their original packaging, and unopened."

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any disputes shall be in the federal and state courts sitting in Salt Lake County, Utah.

8. MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 902 Sports, LLC. Any failure by 902 Sports, LLC to exercise any right under these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right.
