I was loading for LOTOJA and every product on the market said “beet powder” with no standardization. Racing a 203-mile course without knowing what you took is not a strategy, so I built the product I wanted to use.
Most of my training is road cycling and running at altitude in northern Utah. I use BRP 60 minutes before every hard effort, and Endurance360 in the two weeks before any A-race. The loading protocol I described on the Race Blueprint tool is the same one I ran for my LOTOJA course record attempt: standardized nitrate dose, precise timing, no surprises on race day.
