How does the recovery profile quiz pick my formula?
Five short questions cover your typical session length, your back-to-back turnaround time, whether you train fasted, your gut sensitivity, and what you care about most (cost, race results, convenience, back-to-back recovery, or matching the pros). A weighted scoring function maps your answers to one of six DIY recovery profiles: Cameron Signature, Standard Clean, 12-Hour Turnaround, Grand Tour Red, Fasted Muscle Guard, or Dry Chocolate Milk. What are the six recovery profiles?
