LOTOJA Crew Chief
Dashboard Kit
Three printable PDFs built for the support crew. The single source of race-day logistics that keeps your crew positioned, prepared, and unshaken when cell service disappears at Salt River Pass.
LOTOJA requires every rider to bring a dedicated support vehicle and crew. This kit is designed for the person in that car: the spouse, the teammate, the parent who has never crewed a 206-mile race before and needs a clear, printed playbook.
What Is Included
Print-ready A4 sheet sized to tape to your passenger-side dashboard. Feed zone names, mile markers, official cutoff times, a blank ETA column you fill in with the pacing calculator, and a manual offset chart for when cell service drops out.
One page per bag. Bag 1 (Montpelier, mile 80): post-Strawberry recovery fuel. Bag 2 (Afton, mile 127): Salt River prep with high-carb fueling. Bag 3 (Alpine, mile 161): final 46-mile push nutrition. Includes BRP/E360 integration notes and timing guidance.
Pre-arrival checklist for what to look for as your rider rolls in. Step-by-step guides for dropped chain, flat tire, and shifting issues. Weather emergency responses for cold summit descents and hot valley sections. A DNF decision tree.
