The actual issue is performance: 1,300 mg of raw beet root powder in a fixed two-capsule dose is a weak way to deliver dietary nitrate, and nothing on the label lets you confirm it clears an effective amount. It is a real product. It is just not a strong one for what most people buy a beet supplement to do. One thing we did not expect to find. The day-by-day "What to Expect" timeline on the beetroot sales page is written about moringa, a different plant sold as a different Rosabella product, right down to the closing line about moringa's nutrient profile working best over two to three months. That does not make the capsules unsafe or fake. It does mean the timeline of results being promised on that page was never written about beetroot, so there is no reason to hold the product to it.
How To Cancel A Rosabella Subscription, And Its Refund Policy
Rosabella sells on auto-renewing subscription and publishes its own terms. Its 90-day money-back guarantee covers first-time purchases only, excludes subscription orders entirely, and is limited to one refund per product type. Cancellation must happen at least 24 hours before the next billing date, and Rosabella states it will not require a phone call to cancel.
The banner and the policy do not match. A header banner reads "90-DAY 100% MONEYBACK GUARANTEE" on every page of Rosabella’s site, including the refund policy page itself, where the policy body limits the guarantee to first-time, non-subscription purchases. The banner carries no asterisk or carve-out pointing to those conditions.

Stopping a recurring charge, in order
- Read the merchant name next to the charge on your card or bank statement. That name is the company that billed you, and it decides every step after this one.
- If it was a marketplace order, cancel from the subscription settings in your Amazon or Walmart account. The marketplace, not the brand, controls that recurring order.

How Much Dietary Nitrate Is Actually In Rosabella?
Nobody can say, including Rosabella, because it does not publish the number. The circulation and blood-flow effect people buy a beet supplement for runs through dietary nitrate: the body reduces it to nitrite and then to nitric oxide, which relaxes blood vessels. That means the milligrams of nitrate in a serving is the figure that predicts the effect. Milligrams of dried root does not, because a beet is mostly water, fiber, sugar and pigment, and its nitrate fraction is small and moves with the soil, the crop and the season.
So 1,300 mg of raw beet root powder cannot be converted into a nitrate dose by any published method. Independent testing of commercial beet products has found servings anywhere from about 4 mg to 500 mg of dietary nitrate, and a capsule that prints no figure could sit anywhere in that spread. Against the 300 to 600 mg used in published nitrate research, most raw-powder capsules land low, and this one gives you no way to check.
The reason a standardized extract can carry a figure and a dried root cannot is that standardization fixes the nitrate percentage per gram. Is Rosabella Beetroot Safe? Side Effects
Yes, for most healthy adults, with three caveats. Rosabella has no side-effect profile of its own that any published source documents; what it has is the side-effect profile of raw whole beet root powder: beeturia, gas and loose stools from the fiber load, an oxalate contribution that matters with a kidney stone history, and a blood pressure lowering effect that can compound with certain medications. Everything below is a class effect of concentrated beet, not a finding about this brand, and all of it applies to beet powders as much as to capsules.
Rosabella Beetroot Side Effects: What To Expect
Beeturia (Red or Pink Urine and Stool)
Harmless and very common. Betalain pigments pass through largely intact in roughly 10 to 14 percent of people. Whole raw beet powder carries the full pigment load of the dried root, so it produces the most pronounced version of this. It is not blood, and it resolves when you stop.
Gas, Bloating and Loose Stools
Raw beet powder brings the root fiber with it. That is the usual cause of GI complaints with whole-root capsules, and it tends to be dose-dependent. Taking capsules with food rather than on an empty stomach is the first thing to try.
Oxalate Load
Beets are among the higher-oxalate vegetables. For most people this is a non-issue. If you have a history of calcium oxalate kidney stones, any concentrated beet product is worth raising with your doctor before you start, and that applies to powders as much as capsules.
Blood Pressure Compounding
Dietary nitrate lowers blood pressure by design. That effect can add to nitrate-based heart medications, PDE5 inhibitors and prescribed antihypertensives. If you take any of those, this is a conversation with your doctor and not a label-reading exercise.
Where a refined powder differs on digestive comfort
The first two rows above, gas and bloating and the strongest beeturia, are driven by what a raw whole-root capsule carries with it: the full fiber and pigment load of the dried beet, packed into a form you cannot take with less. A standardized extract has the fiber removed, so the fiber-driven GI load is smaller and the pigment pass-through is lighter, and a powder can be taken with food or split across the day if your stomach asks for it. Some do and most do not, and the label is usually the only way to tell. A 2021 analysis of 28 commercial beet products found dietary nitrate ranging from 4.3 mg to 495.7 mg per serving, a median of roughly 90 mg, against the 300 to 600 mg used in published dietary nitrate research. A capsule that prints no nitrate figure could sit anywhere in that hundredfold spread.

Beetroot Powder vs Beet Root Capsules: Which Absorbs Faster?
A dissolved powder has a head start, and the size of that head start is not something either label lets you put a number on. A powder stirred into water arrives in the stomach already in solution. A capsule has to dissolve first, then release a raw powder that is still bound up in the fiber of the dried root, which the gut has to break apart before the nitrate inside is available. There is no Canadian storefront, no Canadian retail listing and no published Canada transit time. Budget for duties and any brokerage fee your courier charges at the door, and remember that a refund under either window is a return shipped back to the United States at your expense unless the seller says otherwise. That is normal for cross-border supplement orders, not specific to this brand.
For what it is worth on our side: Beetroot Pro does ship to Canada, and our shipping policy lists the international options at checkout. Canadian duties apply to us exactly the same way, so treat that as a disclosure, not a selling point.
Where Rosabella Beetroot Is Made
Rosabella says its products are made in the USA but names no facility, contract manufacturer or state. The Amazon listing gives Rosabella as the manufacturer and no country of origin at all. The Melrose Park, Illinois address customers see on packages is a fulfillment center, which is where an order ships from, not where a supplement is made.
Rosabella describes its products site-wide as "responsibly sourced and proudly made in the USA". It names no manufacturing facility, no contract manufacturer and no state of manufacture anywhere on its own site.

People regularly contact Beetroot Pro about a Rosabella order. The recurring pattern is a purple capsule bottle, a shipment from a fulfillment center in Melrose Park, Illinois, and a recurring charge the customer did not expect.

Where we land on this, honestly. Not naming a contract manufacturer is normal in this industry and we do not name ours either, so this is not a point we are going to pretend separates us. Two things are worth knowing regardless of brand: "made in the USA" is a sourcing statement, not a certification anyone audits, and a fulfillment address on a shipping label tells you nothing about where the powder was blended or encapsulated.
The check that does mean something is facility certification. Rosabella states GMP-certified manufacturing without naming the certifying body. Beetroot Pro is manufactured in an NSF GMP-certified, NSF GMP for Sport-registered facility. Neither product carries NSF Certified for Sport, which is a separate, product-level, per-lot testing program, and any brand claiming otherwise should be checked against NSF's own public registry rather than its own marketing.
